Square Bar Ha Long serves guests aged 18 and over. By booking or visiting, you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to present identification on request.

The online form is a request to hold a table — it becomes a confirmed booking once Square Bar contacts you on +84 905 806 704 or Zalo, usually within 15 minutes.

Tables are held for up to 30 minutes past the reserved time. Without notice after that, the venue may release the table to other guests.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 2 hours before your booking, by hotline or Zalo.

For VIP areas or private events with a deposit, the refund policy is confirmed at the time the deposit is made.

Please dress neatly. The venue reserves the right to refuse service to guests who cause disturbance.

Prohibited items: illegal substances, weapons or any item that breaches the law.

Guests must follow staff instructions regarding security, fire safety and internal rules.

Square Bar Ha Long is not liable for personal belongings lost or misplaced in unattended areas.

Guests are responsible for their own wellbeing while using the venue. Please inform staff in advance of any health conditions.

Square Bar Ha Long may amend these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is published on the Terms page with its revision date.
